Happy St. Paddy's Day!

May St. Patrick guard you wherever you go,
and guide you in whatever you do--
and may his loving protection be a blessing to you always.
~IRISH BLESSING~

A Ray of Sunshine

The sun was shining on a Friday afternoon, and what better than to forget chores and routines and head to the park with friends! That's exactly what we did. And, thanks to our buddy, Aiden for encouraging Jameson to go down the slide for the first time! She loved it! It just took a little bit of peer pressure.

It's a Girl Thing

We played with Macynn and Markee the other weekend and look what we discovered ... Make-up! It happened right in front of my eyes. And, I just couldn't say no. It was fascinating to me how Jameson knew how to sit still, close her eyes and pucker her lips. Where did she learn this from? What is happening here? Thank you, Markee for the styling make-up job!

An Imaginary Birthday

We celebrated Logan's third birthday at the Children's Museum. What a great place to be on a winter weekend day with our friends! It was even nice enough to go out on the roof to play! Can you tell Jameson likes to drive things? Thank you, Katy and Dennis, for a fun afternoon! Happy Birthday, Logan!

Snug as a Bug in a Rug

Our little pookie worries me sometimes. She loves snuggling with her blankets, so much to the point where she covers her face and head now. She sweats like crazy, which you think would be an indicator to get some air. But, not Jameson. She likes the closeness. I know she's ok, but I still have the urge to check on her and sit by the monitor hoping to hear a peep.

Welcome to the 30 Club

Our friend, Cori, finally turned 30. I know she's probably thinking, "finally?" Yeah, that's right. I'm a whole five months and eight days older than her and I can remember this same anxious feeling nine years ago when I was waiting patiently for my roomie to go out with me! Instead, I was stuck with weird boys, who, by the way, we later married. Life is mysterious, isn't it? Now, I finally have her in my 30 club. A club where we're not anxious to get older, but anxious to experience the same things... aches, pains, tiredness! Ok, I may be a little over exaggerating here, but it is nice to have my girl catch up... for another few months anyways.

We celebrated with great friends and family and lots of good food! If you ever need a place to host an event, I'd strongly recommend Romio's Pizza and Pasta in Everett. The service was great, food delicious and it was very private.

Happy Birthday, Cori!

Jameson's Two-Year Photos

We spent a sunny, winter Sunday (I know, how rare in the PNW?) taking family photos for Jameson's two-year photographs. It worked out nicely for the entire McNeley family to get them done at the same time. Very special! Thanks to Jenni Muehlenbruch Photography for outstanding images!
